Pro-Klima has been nurturing a culture of learning for decades through regular management and leadership educations, partner and client educations etc. In 2021. we decided to found PK Academy as a place for all investments into learning and expanding our knowledge base. Currently it includes trainings for three levels of management (department, team and group leaders), special educations for high potential employees, specialized trainings for sevice personel and many different trainings and qualifications for our partners.

We believe that investing in knowledge creates a better future for everyone. Pro-Klima is committed to building and maintaining relationships with high schools, colleges and universities in order to promote learning and open up new possibilities for student practice, and – in the end – employment.
