On our webpage you can learn everything about our products, our history, who we are and how we started. But the atmosphere in PROKLIMA is hard to describe. 

We work in two production halls equipped with an impressive machinery park, as well as modern offices and kitchens with coffee machines, refrigerators, and everything needed to enjoy not only work but also our breaks. Yes, it’s great working here! The only challenge we have is that we are growing faster than our parking capacity. However, we make up for it with great teams, social events, and a wide variety of training and development opportunities.

Our greatest assets are our employees and their expertise. In addition to mentoring programs, onboarding processes, and position-specific training, we are proud to invest in future generations through scholarships for vocational professions and internship programs. Therefore, if you are a pupil or student, we encourage you to get in touch with us. We are currently working intensively on the PROKLIMA Academy, which supports employees’ professional and personal development through investments in knowledge and skills that can be applied both at work and in everyday life. At the same time, it helps raise awareness of sustainable ventilation among pupils, students, and the wider public, while creating opportunities for stronger and more meaningful partnerships with our customers. We also encourage the exchange of knowledge with business partners from around the world and with our headquarters in Germany. All our employees participate in decision-making processes, and valuable ideas are rewarded—individually through financial incentives and collectively through shared activities such as special team-building events.
