Optimized for small installation spaces and high comfort: reliable and highly efficient ventilation, dehumidification, heating, and cooling.

Compact, energy-efficient, and easy-to-install ventilation units with plate heat exchanger for smaller areas with high occupancy in commercial and communal buildings. Nominal air flow rate at 150 Pa external pressure: 710 m³/h. Floor-mounted, wall-mounted, or ceiling-mounted versions allow for a high degree of flexibility in installation.

Highlights at a glance

The compact, continuously variable ventilation unit is designed for air flow rates between 300 and 800 m³/h and offers three installation options: floor-mounted, wall-mounted, or ceiling-mounted. Thanks to ready-to-connect piping and wiring, it is plug-and-play capable and can be installed and commissioned quickly and easily.

Heat Recovery

  • Heat recovery via a high-performance plate heat exchanger with an efficiency of over 90%.
  • Optional: An enthalpy heat exchanger ensures both maximum heat recovery and optimal energy efficiency, while also enabling effective moisture management.
  • Standard integrated bypass for night-time ventilation during summer heat (use of free cooling).

Low Energy Consumption

  • Latest-generation, continuously variable, energy-efficient IE4 EC fans from leading European manufacturers — either volume flow or speed controlled. Optional: CO₂, VOC, or humidity sensors
  • Optional: water-based heating coils or electrically integrable, continuously adjustable pre- or reheating coils (4.3 kW)
  • Optional: direct expansion coil (R32) or water-based changeover coil for heating and/or cooling

Hygiene

  • Designed in accordance with VDI 6022 hygiene guidelines
  • Panel filters in accordance with ISO 16890 (supply air filter ePM1 55% with long service life and quick-release filter system). Optional: visual filter indicator and an additional filter stage for especially high hygiene requirements
  • Easy access for cleaning and maintenance with smooth, even surfaces and floors, including stainless steel condensate trays for drainage

Control

  • Plug & play thanks to complete wiring and optimally positioned sensors (e.g. CO₂ and/or VOC sensors)
  • High-quality, plug-in, intuitive 4.3″ BMK touch control module. One control module can be used for multiple units (CSL‑800 can also be operated without a connected BMK touch). Wired remote control including wall mounting bracket BMK‑F for easy adjustments (can be installed in the room). Time scheduling program possible
  • PROKLIMA WRS‑K control system with interfaces for building management technology. Remote access via a web browser for detailed settings, operating mode changes, and data logging. Compatible with PROKLIMA Smartset Portal, Link Pro, and building management systems via Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet/IP (AMEV profile AS‑B), Ethernet, and KNX

Housing

  • The compact CSL‑800 ventilation unit also fits through small openings and into confined plant rooms and can be installed on the floor or mounted on the wall or ceiling
  • Meets L1; D1; T2; TB2; F9 and is non-combustible in accordance with DIN 4102: A1 (tested by TÜV Süd in accordance with DIN EN 1886)
  • Supply air connection optionally on the left or right side
  • Optional: 2-in-1 solution – combined outdoor and exhaust air damper with just one actuator
  • Optional: simple duct system connection with insulation frame, flexible connectors, and adapter insulation module (round and rectangular)
  • Dimensions (H × W × D), including 126 mm feet: 1,159 × 1,380 × 340 mm

Energy Monitoring

  • Real-time display of fan performance and recording of energy consumption over the entire lifecycle of the ventilation unit. A bar chart shows the energy consumption of the last 13 months
  • Real-time display of both the currently recovered and the total recovered energy over the entire lifecycle. Breakdown into total, thermal energy, and cooling energy. A bar chart compares the recovered heating and cooling energy with the additionally supplied heating and cooling energy over the past 13 months
