In addition to 18 standard sizes, KG Flex Pool units can also be precisely engineered to meet specific project requirements for renovations, reconstructions, and other highly demanding projects: thanks to a wide range of options, this includes both customized unit dimensions for optimal use of space, as well as performance and functionality.

The durable KG Flex Pool offers maximum efficiency while meeting the highest comfort requirements. KG Flex Pool units are distinguished by a high level of corrosion protection. Over 50 years of project experience are built into every unit. Thousands of individually designed KG Flex Pool systems have already been installed across Europe.

Hygiene

All versions for indoor and outdoor use are designed in accordance with Hygiene Guidelines VDI 6022 and VDI 3803, thus meeting the strictest hygiene requirements.
Precise dehumidification prevents the formation of condensation and thereby eliminates the root cause of mold growth and corrosion.
Good accessibility for cleaning and maintenance purposes, as well as smooth, even floors and stainless-steel surfaces, condensation tray made of coated stainless steel.
Bag filters, optionally also panel filters.

Efficiency

State-of-the-art, continuously variable, energy-efficient IE5 EC fans from leading European manufacturers
Integrated heat pump with optional process reversal for cooling and dehumidification or for heating
Optional: a pool water condenser (with a heat pump) allows exhaust air heat to be transferred to the pool water when the air-side demand is already covered
Separate or combined heating and cooling coils for externally generated heat or cooling

Heat Recovery

Fully integrated heat pump for transferring additional heat from the exhaust air to the supply air. As a complete system with integrated control, it increases energy efficiency. The refrigeration circuit is combined into a single unit – plug & play without refrigerant piping.
High heat recovery rates in the recuperator without moisture transfer. Highly efficient epoxy resin-coated aluminum plate heat exchanger with very high heat recovery efficiency. It not only reduces operating costs, but is also highly recyclable.

Durability

Certified corrosion-resistant components
Comprehensive corrosion protection inside and out (stainless steel and, for example, powder- or plastic-coated surfaces) in the housing design, attachments, frame, and fastening elements ensures a long service life
Easily accessible and easy-to-clean, smooth surfaces are not only highly hygienic, but also minimize the risk of corrosion caused by aggressive substances present in the pool hall air in the form of aerosols
Thermally decoupled 50 mm thick aluminum profile (KG Flex Pool). For larger air volumes, 60 mm aluminum profile (= KG Flex Pool max – easy lifting possible here)

With an intelligent control system and the ability to operate exactly according to demand, energy costs are further reduced
Graphical web interfaces such as MODBUS, BACnet, BACnet/IP, LON, IC Cloud Access System for building management systems enable optimal control, troubleshooting, and monitoring of the unit
Plug & play thanks to complete wiring and optimally positioned sensors
Access via a web browser, allowing the remote control mode to be changed, data points to be recorded, or detailed settings to be adjusted
